I highly recommend Cindy as a realtor!!! I had used her on my move from Florida 8 years ago and she found me the perfect home for where my family and I were at the time. Now that my kids have grown up, I had started looking for my retirement home and Cindy was the key reason I found my perfect place.

Cindy was excellent with communicating throughout the process and getting my home sold quickly. During the sale process I had already moved out for my new job and she maintained open communications with my despite the time difference and actively worked with the roofing contractor and my insurance agency (I had filed a claim for roof damage) on my behalf since I was out of state. Cindy Ballard was an amazing broker who helped us navigate a difficult market to ultimately get our house sold quickly and for a good price. Cindy was instrumental in helping us prepare the house for sale (recommending home improvement projects we should complete, connecting us to a home painter, and walking us through the sale process). Once on the market, she helped us respond quickly to a sluggish market by changing price and setting up an open house. During the process, she was responsive to any and all questions, responding to our inquiries quickly (often within 5 minutes!). She walked us through a multitude of different processes once our home was under contractor, such as the paperwork to grant Power of Attorney to one of the owners as the other owner was out of state and selecting a contractor to fix home inspection items. This was the first time we had sold a home, and Cindy made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way and made the entire experience so much more manageable than it would have been without her!

Cindy made our experience very easy. She was very straightforward and helpful, especially since it was our first time buying and we were not in the local area, so we relied on Cindy's judgment and experience a lot. At no time did we feel like she was misinforming us or taking advantage of our distance and inexperience. I would highly recommend her to future buyers and would absolutely work with her again.
